Azalia's Closet started with a simple problem: as a student, I could never find clothes that felt like they were made for my life. Everything was either too trend-driven to last a season, or too expensive to justify on a student budget. So I started doing what most of us do - digging through endless racks and online stores, piecing together outfits that actually fit how I moved through my days.
Somewhere along the way, friends started asking where I got things. Then friends of friends. What began as a shared spreadsheet of favourite finds slowly turned into something bigger: a small, considered edit of clothing that I would genuinely want to wear myself, regardless of body type, size, or shape.
That's what Azalia's Closet still is today. We're not chasing every trend. We're building a wardrobe of pieces - dresses, knitwear, outerwear, everyday essentials - that are meant to be worn often and loved for a while, not just for a season.
We believe styling shouldn't be complicated, and it definitely shouldn't be limited to one body type or one idea of what looks "right." Every piece we choose is selected with that in mind: something that helps you feel like yourself, whoever that is.
