Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products from Azalia's Closet.
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to reject, cancel or restrict an order where there are pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, inventory shortages or other legitimate reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency presented on our website or during checkout.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information for every purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM (14:00 GMT) will begin processing on the next business day.
Our estimated transit time is 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing and dispatch.
The estimated total delivery time is therefore 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
We currently offer free shipping on orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving an order, subject to the requirements and procedures contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact our customer support team and receive return instructions before sending a product back.
Approved returns must be sent to our UK fulfilment and warehouse address unless our customer support team provides different instructions in writing.
For change-of-mind returns or another return not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Eligible products may also be exchanged, including for another colour, subject to availability and the conditions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
